Creation Story

In the beginning each human being was shaped as a rounded whole. Each one had four arms and four legs with two identical faces, two sets of genitals with everything to match. There were three human genders not just the present two. 

There were male, female and a combination of the two called ‘Androgynous’. The male was originally the offspring of the sun, the female the earth, and the half- half gender was the offspring of the moon as the moon is half sun and half earth. They were strong and fierce beings and their ambition led them to lead an assault on the gods.

The gods came up with a strategy to weaken the humans so they could not continue with their wild behavior. And so the gods cut the human being into two. They became weaker but more useful as there were now twice as many and it was the gods plan to half them again should they continue their wild behaviour.

Since they had been cut in two, each one longed for its other half and to unite with it. They would throw their arms around each other, weaving themselves together wanting to form a single living thing. As a result the humans began to die from hunger and inactivity. Whenever one half dies and the other was left, the survivor began to look for another and in twine itself once again to another. This time the human would encounter a half complete male or a half complete woman to create life so the human race could continue. If a man came upon another man or a female on another female, they were now granted the satisfaction of sexual intercourse by the gods. The humans would become relaxed and would return to their work and think about other things in their life.

This is how the innate desire within human beings came to be and the creation of Erosology. It draws the two halves of our original nature back together where we feel whole and love not just for one another but for all who worship Eros.
